Health & Wellness Classes
Our fitness instructor Doris will assist you with a varied offer of in- and outdoor courses on seven days a week. The program ranges from Yoga, Nordic Walking, Aquafit and Power-Workouts to relaxation meditation and sauna evenings. Here you can find an extract of our active program.
Water gymnastics are gentle moves in the water training your musculature and the cardiovascular system without straining back and joints. Movements feel easier in the water so that you´ll achieve the maximum effort.
A six-pack, fit legs and a firm bottom! This work-out concentrates on fulfilling these three wishes! While considered one of the most challenging fitness work-outs, this class is suitable for all body types. With a little dedication and frequent repetition, you are sure to see fast results.
Cross Work Out
The perfect class for the well-trained athletes! This fitness programme combines exercises from different fields – perseverance, power training, flexibility, balance and coordination – and gets you to an even higher fitness level.
Strengthening the muscles that hold the spine straight and upright is important. These muscles run up and down the back and sides of your spine. All training topics are concentrated on the protection of the lumbar spine.
Back care exercises
A series of exercise routines you can do to help reduce any lower back pain (occasionally referred to as low back pain), including tension, stiffness and soreness. The exercises help to stretch, strengthen and mobilise the lower back.
Understanding of fundamental skills for a range of team sports, increased hand-eye and eye-foot coordination, improved strength and agility. Developing basic coordination through movement stimulus is a must, with the eventual goal of developing sport-specific coordination in the teenage years. Coordination itself, however, is a global system made up of several synergistic elements and not necessarily a singularly defined ability.
